Here is a simple recipe to support our Liver and improve Qi flow in the belly.
Spring Greens Sauté with Lemon & Ginger
Ingredients:

1 bunch dandelion greens, spinach, or kale

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, thinly sliced or grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil or olive oil
-
Juice of ½ lemon

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:

Wash and roughly chop your greens.

In a pan over medium heat, warm the oil and gently sauté the ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add the greens and a splash of water. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just wilted but still vibrant.

Turn off the heat, squeeze in fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.

Top with sesame seeds if using. Serve warm.
