I hope this message reaches you in peace and well-being.
Today, we're facing a loneliness epidemic of immense proportions. The U.S. Surgeon General recently released a report highlighting how loneliness not only affects our mental state but also contributes to physical health challenges like high blood pressure, weakened immune function, and elevated blood sugar. When our hearts feel constricted, our Qi can't flow freely, and we begin to feel unwell—our bodies respond accordingly. Many of you may have already noticed this in your own lives.
What I’m certain of is that overcoming this challenge, for both individuals and communities, will require a creative, thoughtful, and collective effort. And I believe we can achieve this together.
Over the past several months, I’ve been collaborating with two colleagues to co-create a course on the Biofield of Relationships. I’m thrilled to invite you to a special “behind the scenes” event this Saturday at 1:00 PM Hawai'i Standard Time. If you can spare 90 minutes, please join us.
You may be wondering, how does Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) relate to the Biofield, and why is it important to understand this connection in the context of relationships? More importantly, how can this knowledge bring more peace and joy into your life?
During our session, we’ll explore how being attuned to the relationships between mind, body, spirit, and the Biofield can enhance your well-being. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of key elements in TCM—Yin, Yang, Qi, and Blood—and how their balance (or imbalance) influences your relationships. When our connections with others feel out of sync, it might not just be emotional or mental; it could be related to the energy we project. As energetic beings, we are influenced by frequency. The question then becomes: with greater awareness, can we consciously adjust our energetic frequency? These are some of the questions we’ll explore together.
We’ll also touch on how mindfulness can help harmonize these elements and how both our inner and outer environments influence our ability to connect meaningfully with ourselves and others.
This event will give you a sneak peek into our work, share our inspiration, and introduce you to the journey of self-discovery we are guiding participants through.
Our full 7-week course launches in Spring 2025, an ideal time for new beginnings. We’d love to have you join us!
